  • Sponsor name in the visa must be same as name in the demand letter's letter head.

Recruitment Procedure

1. Information:

Following information are required to provide us by recruiting company before issuing demand letter via any official communication

» Air Ticket from Nepal to working Country
» Job Starting Date

2. Documents:

» Employer should prepare following legal documents. (See attached Samples)
» Demand Letter
» Power of Attorney
» Employment Contract
» Inter Party Agreement
» Guarantee Letter (All these documents should be attested by the concerned authorities of employer country) *

3. Pre – approval from the Labor Department:

To get Pre- Approval for the Department of Labor and transport, Government of Nepal, original sets of required document need to be provided by the employer company and its takes 3-4 days to the pre approval.

4. Advertisement:

Vacancy notices are published in reputed and highest circulated National Daily news papers, Television channels, FMs and our own official websites.

5. Interview and Trade Test:

Pre interview is taken by a managerial level staff of SAJIMA. Selected candidate from pre interview is further testified by the representative of the employer company in final interview. Trade tests are also conducted during these interviews.

6. Medical Test:

Selected candidates are required to go through medical test from the authorized medical test center.

7. Visa Process & Receiving:

Once all the test and required documents are completed, Employer Company should process for Visa approval for the candidates. Please make sure that the JOB of the candidate mentioned in the VISA is same as in Demand letter.

8. Final Approval :

After receiving the VISA, Candidates are informed about the arrival of their VISA and Final approval process takes place. It takes 3-4 days to get the final approval from the Nepal Government. SAJIMA will process for the final approval with necessary documents.

9. Travel arrangement:

After final approval air ticket arrangement are done and notify the candidates to prepare for departure.

10. Employment Contract:

Before the departure worker need to sign the Employment contract and a copy of same will be given to employee. Generally it takes 10 – 12 days time to deploy the workers once we get the visa from employer.

11. Orientation:

After getting visa, Orientation is given to workers about their work, working country’s labor law, environment and Culture etc.

12. Final briefing and Departure:

Once again workers are briefed about their job, country, laws, customs & culture of their working country.

13. Pickup from the airport:

Employer should pick up the worker from the destination airport and took them to working place.

14. Briefing at work place:

Employer should brief the worker about working place, code of conduct & the rules and regulation of the working country.

15. Feedback:

Employer should give the feedback of the worker’s status time to time.
